At Taya Space, we understand that timely and secure delivery is a vital part of our service. This Shipping Policy sets out the standards and procedures we follow to ensure your orders are processed and shipped with professionalism and care.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 45–60 business days following receipt of payment and confirmation.

All orders must be supported by a valid Purchase Order (PO) and approved prior to processing.

Lead times may vary based on order volume, production requirements, and seasonal demand.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping solutions to meet the needs of our domestic and international clients:

Sea Freight: 15–30 business days

Air Freight: 5–10 business days

Land Transfer (within Indonesia): 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, order size, carrier schedules, and external logistics conditions.
3. Shipping Costs

Freight charges are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by the buyer.
4. Packaging Standards

All furniture is packaged to meet export-grade shipping standards, ensuring maximum protection during transit.

Custom or specific packaging requirements can be accommodated upon request.
5. Customs Clearance & Documentation

Taya Space provides all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.

Customs clearance and compliance procedures at the destination remain the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Shipping Damages & Losses

Every product is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch.

Claims for damages or losses must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, supported by photographs and relevant documentation.

While Taya Space is not liable for damages or losses incurred during transit, our team will assist buyers in filing claims with the carrier.
7. Amendments & Cancellations

Requests to amend shipping details must be received at least 48 hours before dispatch.

Order cancellations are subject to review and may incur additional charges, depending on the stage of processing and logistical commitments.
