Shipping Policy — Taya Space

At Taya Space, we understand that timely and secure delivery is a vital part of our service. This Shipping Policy sets out the standards and procedures we follow to ensure your orders are processed and shipped with professionalism and care.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 45–60 business days after payment is received and the order is confirmed. A valid Purchase Order (PO) is required, and all orders must be approved prior to processing. Lead times may vary depending on order volume, production requirements, and seasonal demand.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping solutions to meet the needs of our domestic and international clients, including sea freight (approximately 20–30 business days), air freight (approximately 7–14 business days), and land transfer within Indonesia (approximately 2–7 business days). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, order size, carrier schedules, and external logistics conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Freight charges are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by the buyer.

4. Packaging Standards

All furniture is packaged to export-grade shipping standards to provide maximum protection during transit. Custom packaging specifications can be arranged upon request.

5. Customs Clearance & Documentation

​Taya Space provides the necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading. Destination customs clearance and all local compliance requirements remain the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Shipping Damages & Losses

Every product is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. Any claims for damage or loss must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and supported by photographs and relevant documentation. While Taya Space is not liable for damage or loss incurred during transit, our team will assist the buyer in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Amendments & Cancellations

Requests to amend shipping details must be received at least 48 hours before dispatch. Order cancellations are subject to review and may incur additional charges, depending on the stage of processing and logistical commitments.
